Is this program really designed for people my age and fitness level?

Not at all. It’s never too late to get stronger. In fact, strength training is one of the best ways to stay active, independent, and able to enjoy life with your kids and grandkids. Many members start with us in their 40s, 50s, 60s, or beyond—and see life-changing results.

What if I have past injuries or joint replacements?

You’re in good hands. We specialize in working with adults who have prior injuries, surgeries, or joint replacements. During your Starting Point Session, we assess your movement and limitations to build a safe, customized program that helps you regain strength and confidence.

What is the Starting Point Session and what can I expect during it?

The Starting Point Session is a free, no-pressure consultation where we get to know you—your goals, lifestyle, and any physical concerns. You’ll receive a personalized InBody Scan to understand your baseline and a mobility assessment, so we can recommend a program that’s safe, effective, and tailored for you.

What is an InBody Scan and why is it helpful?

The InBody Scan is a quick, non-invasive assessment that measures body composition—like muscle mass, body fat, and water balance. It gives you a clearer picture of your health than a scale ever could. It also helps us design a plan that truly works for your body.

Do I have to be in shape already to join?

Not at all! Many of our members haven’t exercised in years. We meet you where you are, and our small group personal training ensures you get expert guidance, every session. There’s no judgment—just encouragement and smart programming that moves at your pace.

What makes Alloy different from other gyms or trainers?

Unlike crowded classes or impersonal gyms, Alloy offers expert-led small group personal training in a welcoming, age-appropriate environment. You’ll get individualized attention, accountability, and real results—without feeling like you’re on your own.

How much does it cost after the free session?

Unlike Private trainers that cost on average $80 - $120 per session our sessions range from $34-$41.

How big are your training groups? Will I get personal attention?

Every session is limited to 6 people, so your coach can focus on your form, adjust your exercises, and keep you safe. It’s the perfect balance of personal coaching and group motivation.
